TEA CEREMONY @ UDO ULO TEA LOUNGE IN WESLEY CHAPEL

An evening to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect through the Way of Tea.

Experience the traditional preparation and mindful drinking of Camellia sinensis through a Cha Dao (“The Way of Tea”) ceremony, featuring a GABA Oolong — a tea naturally rich in GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a neurotransmitter associated with relaxation and calm.

This is an invitation to experience tea not simply as a beverage, but as a practice of presence.

A space to pause.
To connect with others.
To return to yourself.

Slow down. Sip deeply. Be present.

No experience necessary — come as you are.
Journals are welcome for reflection.
